These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the property management and short-term rental co-hosting services offered by Prime Property Partners. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Prime Property Partners offers property management and short-term rental co-hosting services to property owners. Our services may include but are not limited to property marketing, guest communication, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
3. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with our services as outlined in your service agreement. Fees may include property management fees, marketing fees, and third-party platform fees. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on the services we provide.
4. Responsibilities
As a property owner, you are responsible for ensuring your property complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Prime Property Partners will assist in property management but does not assume legal responsibility for your property.
5. Privacy
Prime Property Partners respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and use practices.
6. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific rental income or occupancy rates. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions, marketing materials, or other content.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services to any property owner at our discretion. You may terminate your services with us by providing notice as outlined in your service agreement.
8. Changes to the Agreement
Prime Property Partners may update this Agreement as needed. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
